The College Master Plan™

College Prep Master's integrated system for turning the college process into a strategic, competitive, and financially viable decision. Not three services bolted together — one plan, built once, executed from ninth grade through move-in day.

Why one system

Fragmented help produces fragmented results.

Most families assemble their support piece by piece: a tutor for the SAT, someone for the essay, a school counselor stretched across hundreds of students, and financial aid handled last — after the decisions that determine cost have already been made.

Every piece is competent. None of them see the whole. The result is a student with strong parts and no coherent candidacy, and a family with acceptances they cannot afford. The College Master Plan™ exists to close that gap.

What "integrated" actually means

The test strategy is chosen because of the college list. The activities are shaped because of the intended major. The essays are written because of the profile we built two years earlier. The financial strategy starts before the applications go out, not after the offers come in.

One coach holds all of it.

The College Master Plan™

Three integrated pillars

Direction. Application. Decision. Each one depends on the one before it.

01Direction

Strategic Direction

Build the student before building the application

We create a personalized roadmap beginning as early as 9th grade, strengthening academics, skills, experiences, and testing strategy while aligning each decision with your child's long-term college goals.

Competitive Application

Shape the candidacy

We transform the student's profile into a coherent, authentic candidacy — a story admissions officers remember, told without exaggeration.

Make it viable

We convert admission into a financially viable, well-informed decision — and prepare the student to take full advantage of the opportunity.

Admission is not the final goal. The goal is a financially viable decision and a student prepared to take full advantage of the opportunity.

Pillar 1 · Strategic direction

Personalized admissions strategy & roadmap

Every student is unique. We design a personalized strategy and roadmap to maximize potential and open the right doors — long before senior year.

1

Academic Strategy

Monitor academic progress, course rigor, GPA trends, and opportunities to strengthen the student's profile.

2

Professional Skills

Develop communication, leadership, teamwork, networking, and other skills that prepare students for college and future careers.

3

Life Skills

Build confidence, independence, decision-making, responsibility, and practical skills for life beyond high school.

4

Executive Skills

Strengthen organization, time management, planning, accountability, and follow-through.

5

SAT / ACT Strategy

Create a personalized testing plan based on goals, timing, academic preparation, and target colleges.

6

Personalized Roadmap

Create a clear, timed plan with priorities, milestones, deadlines, and actions for each stage of the college journey.

7

Major & Career Exploration

Identify interests, strengths, potential majors, and career paths to guide academic and college decisions.

8

Résumé & Activities

Develop meaningful activities and build a strong résumé that communicates impact, leadership, interests, and character.

9

Strategic College List

Build a balanced list of colleges based on academic fit, career goals, financial considerations, and admission opportunities.

Clarity & focus

Students know exactly what to do and when.

Stronger applications

A strategic profile that stands out to admissions.

Better college matches

Schools that fit academically, culturally, and financially.

Financial advantage

Maximize merit aid and reduce out-of-pocket costs.

Pillar 2 · Competitive application

A powerful application reflects who you are and where you're going

We help students present their best selves through authentic stories, strong writing, and strategic execution — and we put it together with them, not for them.

Strategic Common App

Build a strong foundation and a compelling overall strategy.

College Master Plan™ Summer Bootcamp

Launch the application process before senior year with intensive preparation, Common App setup, résumé and activities development, and essay planning.

Activities & honors

Highlight impact, leadership, and meaningful engagement.

Main personal essay

Craft a powerful, authentic story that reflects who you are.

Supplemental essays

Show genuine fit and a deeper connection with each college.

Demonstrated interest

Strategic actions that show engagement and real interest.

Merit scholarships

Identify and pursue the best merit opportunities available.

Final quality control

Detailed review to ensure a polished, error-free application.

We do not write your child's essays.

We brainstorm ideas, review drafts, and give feedback on structure, grammar, and tone. The voice has to be theirs — admissions officers can tell, and so can we.

Pillar 3 · Affordable admission, final decision & transition

Turning an acceptance into a decision the family can actually live with

This is the pillar most consultants skip. It is also where the largest sums of money are won or lost.

How we work with your family

Assess. Build. Plan. Apply. Transition.

The three pillars define what we deliver. These five stages show how we develop the student and guide the family through the journey.

1

Assess

Understand the student's academics, interests, strengths, goals, habits, and opportunities.

2

Build the Student

Strengthen academics, activities, professional skills, life skills, executive skills, and personal growth.

3

Plan

Define majors, testing strategy, priorities, milestones, and the strategic college list.

4

Apply

Execute applications, essays, scholarships, financial aid, interviews, and follow-up strategy.

5

Transition

Compare offers, optimize financial outcomes, make the final decision, and prepare for college.

We don't just build stronger applications. We build stronger students — prepared to get in, succeed, and thrive beyond college.
